Qualifications

• Graduated from Mechanical, Automotive, or Materials Engineering
• Have a good command of English
• Have a strong interest in commercial vehicle (bus & truck) body and exterior trim design
• Possess strong knowledge of materials, surface treatments, and their applications in heavy‑duty vehicle design
• Preferably have experience in CATIA V5/V6, PLM systems, and design for manufacturing principles
• Are proficient in MS Office programs
• For male candidates, have completed military service
• Possess strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills
• Have a team‑oriented and systematic working approach
• Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Are passionate about following commercial vehicle technologies and innovations

Responsibilities

• Carry out body and exterior trim design studies for bus and truck models within the product development team; monitor vehicle processes from concept to production
• Perform design modifications and adaptations according to customer requirements and market regulations
• Develop solutions for durability, ergonomics, aerodynamics, and aesthetics in commercial vehicle body and trim components
• Select appropriate materials and surface treatments considering cost, weight, and performance requirements
• Support development, cost reduction, and quality improvement activities for existing vehicle body and trim systems
• Be familiar with automotive design standards and keep up to date with technologies and regulations related to commercial vehicles
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports related to body and trim designs
• Work with CATIA V5/V6 and PLM systems to create and manage 3D models and drawings
• Ensure compliance with safety, durability, and aesthetic requirements throughout the design process
