Job summary

Hyundai Motor Türkiye is seeking a motivated product planner at team member level to shape product plans and launches. You will drive pricing, trim strategies, and positioning while coordinating with HME and HMC on product matters.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business Administration, 3–4 years in the field, and strong English plus MS Office skills. It offers global exposure and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 3–4 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Effective team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute product plans for assigned products.
• Lead product planning activities for new launches, including pricing strategy, trim strategy, price proposals, and positioning charts.
• Collaborate with HME and HMC on all product-related matters.
• Support the marketing communication and PR teams with advertising materials, brochures, launch events, and all product‑related content.
• Monitor and analyze ODMD reports, market trends, competitor pricing and campaign activities, and provide monthly analyses and reports to management.
• Identify market requirements for current and future products.
• Propose product development opportunities and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Support the training department by delivering product training for dealer sales teams.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to closely follow market trends and gather field insights.
• Report directly to the Product Department Lead.

We want you to:

• Experience in the automotive industry, preferably with light commercial vehicles, is an asset


• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken


• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus


• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail


• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision‑making capabilities


• Effective team player with strong collaboration skills


• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently when needed
