The role involves managing conferences, model launches, media events, sponsorships, and budgets, while collaborating with Hyundai Motor Europe to ensure strategic alignment. Fluency in advanced English and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication faculties or Business Administration from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields.
• Capable of planning and organization, having strong analytical aspects, giving importance to details.
• Result-oriented working, effective in problem solving.
• Interpersonal, communication, collaboration skills, open to change and innovation competencies.
• High level of computer literacy; advanced level of MS office knowledge is required.
• Having experience in automotive business or with similar responsibilities is a plus.
• Advanced level of both written & spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual and seasonal dealer conferences and meetings.
• Coordinate model launches, press events, and media test drive activities.
• Evaluate and implement sponsorship projects in line with brand objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report annual budget utilization and performance.
• Manage festivals, sports sponsorships, customer experience events, and vehicle display activities.
• Support roadshow projects, dealer events, customer engagement activities, and media relations initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Hyundai Motor Europe and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on PR and marketing activities.
• Report directly to the PR & Market Research Unit Lead.
