Job summary

Hyundai Motor Turkey invites you to join as a Press Production Engineer at Izmit Plant. You will manage daily operations to meet production targets, coordinate across maintenance, quality and welding, and contribute to 5S, safety and energy management initiatives.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree with 2–5 years of production experience, strong English, and proficiency in MS Office, with lean manufacturing and problem-solving skills. SAP and Catia knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-5 years experience in production, preferably automotive industry.
• Proficiency at Microsoft Office.
• Excellent command of written & spoken English.
• Analytic thinking, self-motivated, self started & proactive.
• Experienced at lean manufacturing, problem solving tools.
• SAP & Catia knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily base line operations to meet production targets.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, welding departments.
• Contribute & improve 5S, safety, environment, & energy management system.
• Production & manpower planning of line.
• Management of material warehouse & expense budget.
• Contribute asset management.
• Prepare weekly & monthly production report & KPI analyses.
