Job summary

Hyundai Motor Türkiye is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to join the Quality Assurance team in İzmit. You will analyze field claims, investigate with suppliers, and prepare reports to drive improvements in parts quality and processes.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical/metallurgical degree, at least 2 years QA/QC experience, knowledge of IATF 16949, and strong English, with hands-on experience in CATIA and core quality tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or in related fields
• At least 2 years of QA/QC experience
• Experience in automotive sector is a plus & Knowledge of IATF 16949
• Having knowledge and experience with Trim Part Group (Injection process knowledge is a plus), Quality Core Tools (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA etc.), CATIA and GD&T
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English
• Excellent command of MS Office programs
• Analytic thinking & ability to analysis of complex problems
• Team player, self-motivated and analytical minded
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill

Responsibilities

• Analysis & follow up Europe & Domestic field claims
• Joint investigation with suppliers for part r/cause analysis & improvements
• Prepares various reports about quality issues, test and improvement studies
• Makes the necessary interventions to solve technical problems
• Follows up corrective & preventive activities
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports
• Regularly supplier visit & actions confirmation
