Job summary

POWER TK AŞ in Diyarbakır is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive service sales and customer development across the region. The role focuses on strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting service contracts, maintenance, parts, and non-warranty services.

You will coordinate with Service, Workshop, Parts and Finance teams, travel within the region, and work in a dynamic, equipment-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mechanical/electrical related field.
• Experience in technical or service sales preferred in industrial equipment sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand customer needs and develop service sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell service contracts, preventive maintenance, overhaul, spare parts and non-warranty services.
• Manage the service sales cycle from opportunity identification, quotation and negotiation through to order closure.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on opportunities, orders and receivables in coordination with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate customer visits, opportunities and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Prepare sales forecasts and maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline.
• Work closely with Service, Workshop, Parts and Finance teams to ensure effective customer service and project execution.
• Contribute to achieving annual service sales and revenue targets.

POWER TK, the authorized Perkins distributor in Türkiye, is looking for a Service Sales Engineer to join our team in Diyarbakır and drive service sales and customer development activities across the region.

We operate across key sectors including construction equipment, agriculture, and power generation, providing Perkins engine solutions and related after-sales services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand customer needs and develop service sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell service contracts, preventive maintenance, overhaul, spare parts and non-warranty services.

Profile required

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical-Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in technical sales, service sales, after-sales services or B2B sales, preferably within construction equipment, agricultural machinery, power generation, diesel engines or industrial equipment.
• Strong customer relationship, communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with strong business development and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
• Valid driving license and active driving experience.
• Based in Diyarbakır or willing to relocate.
