Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking a Product Sales Executive - Bulk Handling Packaging Solutions to drive global sales of silo, packaging, conveying systems and bulk handling equipment. Job description

We are seeking a 'Product Sales Executive -Bulk Handling Packaging Solutions' on behalf of our business partner—the world's 2nd largest company in its sector to execute global sales of silo, packaging, and conveying systems, and handle end-to-end commercial processes from procurement to customer delivery.

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and execute the global sales of silo systems, packaging machines, conveying lines, and bulk handling equipment.
• Work in a matrix structure and coordinate closely with 6 international regional sales teams (including Africa, Latin America, MEA, and Asia) to drive global sales operations.
• Evaluate the technical and commercial aspects of partner (supplier) products and seamlessly facilitate their sales to end-customers.
• Manage the end-to-end commercial process, encompassing not only sales but also supplier management, procurement, technical proposal preparation, and contract negotiation.
• Analyze customer requirements accurately to provide the most suitable technical and commercial solutions for both turnkey projects and single-equipment demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Food, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of international sales experience in industrial machinery.
• Experience in EPC projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of silo systems, conveying, packaging, bulk handling, and process equipment.
• Proven experience in technical proposal preparation and cost analysis.
• Previous experience in procurement and supplier management is highly preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze process flows, PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), and layout plans.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts.
• Advanced level of fluent English is mandatory (A second foreign language such as Spanish, French, Russian, or Arabic is a plus).
• No restrictions for international travel and able to work full-time at our Istanbul World Trade Center (DTM) office.
