Job summary

Elopak is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support operations in Turkey, with on-site work at customer sites. The role suits electromechanical or mechatronics professionals who can work across installation, maintenance, and commissioning of filling equipment.

Required are PLC programming skills, Turkish and English fluency, and 2-5 years in the food industry. The position is based in Konya with opportunities to engage on international projects.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Electromechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or automation engineer.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• 2-5 years’ experience in food industry performing similar tasks.
• Fluent level of English and Turkish is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, inspect and execute preventive maintenance programs for filling equipment to maintain production efficiency.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and kit installations of filling machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Monitor spare parts stocks and personal equipment, ensuring optimal conditions.
• Prepare spare parts warranty reports following company procedures and technical reports.
• Support efficiency trials and audits.
• Provide basic technical support for operators and other customer personnel.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to support our operations in Turkey.

This role is ideal for electromechanical or mechatronics technician / Engineer with strong practical industrial experience and flexibility to work on-site with customers.

Main Responsabilities

• Plan, inspect and execute preventive maintenance programs (PMP) for our state-of-the-art filling equipment with the aim of keeping high levels of production efficiency.
• Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, kit installations etc of filling machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Maintain, verify and monitor the filling equipment’s, spare part stocks, and personal assigned equipment (computer, tools, working clothes...) in optimal conditions.
• Reporting: Prepare spare parts warranty reports following company procedures and technical reports.
• Support claims efficiency trials and audits.
• Basic Technical support for operators and other customer personnel, including production support.
• Inform about strategic relevant issues, customer requests, and any other deviation over standards.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Electromechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or automation engineer.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• 2-5 years’ experience in food industry performing similar tasks.
• A fluent level of English and Turkish is required.
• General PC user of Microsoft Office.
