Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher inFood Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry or related sciences

• Willing to work in Gebze and take responsibility

Responsibilities

• Plan tests in collaboration with team members and ensure information for test execution is ready
• Carry out sample preparation, labeling, weighing, tray preparation, and documentation for sensory sessions
• Serve products and references during sensory evaluations and support trainings
• Prepare internal discrimination tests (triangle test, tetrad, etc.), organize participants and collect data
• Coordinate with researchers in the relevant department
• Support test designs in relevant software
• Ensure product safety information is entered into forms
• Maintain the sensory analysis laboratory and track stocks
• Manage ordering, delivery, and traceability of test products and record product information
• Keep IFF reference materials up to date and renew when necessary
• Update relevant databases and contribute to continuous improvement in the lab

Job Description

• Manage the ordering, delivery, and traceability of test products and record the relevant product information (product photographs, production and expiration dates, dosage information, etc.).
• Keep IFF reference materials up to date and renew them when necessary.
• Update the relevant databases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities in the sensory laboratory.
