Adecco Portugal is seeking a Panel Assistant (Part Time) for our client in the Flavor industry, based in Gebze. You will plan tests, prepare samples, and support sensory evaluation sessions.

Ideal candidates have a science background, good English, strong teamwork, and excellent organizational skills. This role welcomes early-career professionals capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor or higher inFood Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry or related sciences
• Good English reading, writing and speaking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Team-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work in Gebze and take responsibility

Mansioni

• Plan tests in collaboration with team members and ensure information for test execution is ready
• Carry out sample preparation, labeling, weighing, tray preparation, and documentation for sensory sessions
• Serve products and references during sensory evaluations and support trainings
• Prepare internal discrimination tests (triangle test, tetrad, etc.), organize participants and collect data
• Coordinate with researchers in the relevant department
• Support test designs in relevant software
• Ensure product safety information is entered into forms
• Maintain the sensory analysis laboratory and track stocks
• Manage ordering, delivery, and traceability of test products and record product information
• Keep IFF reference materials up to date and renew when necessary
• Update relevant databases and contribute to continuous improvement in the lab
