Eti is seeking a Product Development Engineer to join our team in Eskişehir, Türkiye. You will lead the development of new products, manage recipe creation, and drive reformulation studies to optimize existing lines.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, has at least 2 years in product development, and communicates fluently in English. Proficiency in MS Office is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product development.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is required.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs is required.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop new products within the assigned category.
• Follow latest developments in food technology and consumer trends.
• Contribute innovative ideas for product development and reformulation.
• Create, approve, revise and implement recipes for products.
• Lead laboratory studies related to ongoing projects.

What is the Main Aim of This Position?

To carry out the development works of new products in the category he/she is responsible for, to conduct research on necessary topics, to complete projects according to their time and scope, to reduce costs related to existing products, to create alternative product recipes, to carry out product reformulation studies.
