Anadolu Isuzu, Product Executive pozisyonu için deneyimli bir aday arıyor. Bu rol, ürün stratejilerini belirlemek, yol haritasını yönetmek ve iç/dış paydaşlarla yakın çalışmayı kapsar.

Gereksinimler: Mühendislik, İşletme veya ilgili alanlarda lisans; en az 5 yıl ürün yönetimi tecrübesi; İngilizce akıcı; MS Office bilgisi; analitik ve iletişim yetenekleri. Türkiye'de kurulmuş küresel bir ekip ile çalışacaksınız.

Qualifications

• Product management experience in a cross-functional setting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or similar role.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated and proactive.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the determination and execution of product strategies.
• Manage product roadmaps and product release plans.
• Identify product gaps and develop innovative product ideas.
• Analyze internal and external market dynamics to shape product strategies.
• Research customer needs, expectations, and experiences to define product requirements.
• Develop pricing and positioning strategies for domestic and international markets.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, project, sales, PR, and marketing teams.
• Manage successful product launch activities.
• Represent Anadolu Isuzu at industry events as a product ambassador.
• Guide and support team members while monitoring team performance and productivity.
