Job summary

Ingram Micro in Turkey is seeking a mid-level Pre-Sales professional to understand customer business requirements and analyze system and product needs. You will provide technical pre-sales support for complex products and solutions during development and implementation.

The ideal candidate has a four-year degree with at least 3 years of functional experience, including 1 year in a position-specific role, and can work with limited supervision on moderately complex projects.

• Ability to work independently with general supervision and resolve moderately complex issues.

Position Summary

• Pre-Sales: Typical pre-sales activities include gaining understanding of customer’s business and analysis of customer’s system and product needs. Provides primarily pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions
