Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Technical Design Lead to drive the architecture and delivery of integrated IT solutions for client engagements. You will collaborate with Sales, Presales, Architects, and Implementation teams to craft high-level designs that align with client needs and security standards.

The role requires a strong technical background in contact center and network technologies, with a focus on delivering cost-effective, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contact center solutions/services.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field; technical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for IT Solutions activities for Sales/Solutions organization.
• Develop integrated IT Solution Offering covering IT Infrastructure, Information Security, Business Continuity, Network & Voice Connectivity, and IT Service Delivery Standards.
• Build high-level architecture and design that meets client requirements while optimizing costs.
• Provide high quality technical solutions that can be delivered quickly and with low risk.
• Collaborate with Presales, Architects, and Project teams to define and defend solution designs.
• Drive knowledge transfer and ensure mandatory documentation is in place after setup.
