Job summary

Sandoz Türkiye seeks a Product/Senior Product Manager for the RX Business Unit to define product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing, and implement supporting tactical plans. You will prepare Integrated Brand Team content and lead promotional activities within SOPs and codes of conduct.

You will monitor brand budgets, forecast accuracy, and market insights, collaborating with Marketing and Medical teams to maximize activity and results in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of marketing experience in Pharma Industry (Cardiology, Metabolic and Diabetes expertise preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy with local and global marketing leaders and implement supporting tactical plans.
• Prepare content for Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams.
• Lead development of promotional activities in line with SOPs and Conduct guidelines.
• Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess cost effectiveness and results.
• Identify area market insights and opportunities via customer interactions.
• Execute central and regional marketing activities within assigned territory.
• Monitor product performance and external environment and take corrective action.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Medical teams to maximize activities; scout centers, KOLs and OLs by disease in territory.
