Role Overview
This is a position as the Personal Assistant to a High-Level Executive, based in Levent, Istanbul. Starting as a part-time role, this position offers the potential to transition to full-time after six months. This is an excellent opportunity for driven, successful recent graduates with a strong academic background who want to build a solid foundation in overall management skills, learning closely from an executive manager by fulfilling both corporate support and personal assistant duties.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience Level: Junior candidates and recent graduates (0 to 10 years of experience) are highly encouraged to apply. Drive, organization, and academic success are valued over extensive work history.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Turkish (required); good proficiency in English is preferred but not mandatory.
- Academic Excellence: An academic track record with a high GPA is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication and problem solving abilities.
- Clerical Proficiency: Strong foundation in document preparation, filing, data entry, and basic office software.
- Work Style: High attention to detail, ability to work independently, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Support daily corporate activities, including managing business calendars, organizing meetings, creating daily and weekly reports, and coordinating professional travel and logistics.
- Handle correspondence, prepare documents and presentations, and maintain organized records.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up on all tasks and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
Personal Assistance to the Manager
- Provide comprehensive support to the executive, seamlessly managing private schedules alongside business commitments.
- Coordinate and book personal appointments, including medical, wellness, sports calendars, and PR engagements, ensuring optimal time management.
- Handle personal logistics, which involves organizing travel itineraries, managing personal vehicle or property schedules, and assisting with family real estate management.
- Execute various personal administrative tasks to support the executive's private life, operating with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
