Codeway is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to own the employee lifecycle, HR systems, payroll coordination, and employee experience initiatives. You will support data-driven solutions to keep processes scalable and compliant in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR operations, solid labor law knowledge, and strong Excel and HRIS skills. The role offers extensive benefits and a dynamic, global team based in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations or similar roles.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with interest in HR reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems.
• Manage employment documentation and official requests across digital and physical archives.
• Coordinate labor law compliance and notifications with payroll/legal partners.
• Support monthly payroll cycles with inputs and changes.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR policies, benefits, and leave.
• Manage benefits operations including private health insurance and vendors.
• Coordinate employee surveys and internal HR projects.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics.
