Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support and improve HR operations in Turkey. You will ensure compliant administration, support payroll, and contribute to process and tool improvements in collaboration with Finance, Legal, and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in HR / People admin or Payroll, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and work with data.

Responsibilities

• Analytics & Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports across People, R&D, Payroll and Time Reporting.
• Total Rewards – Local Benefits: Communicate updates on local employee benefits and fleet coordination.
• Legal – Employee-Related Lawsuits: Support follow-up with Legal and People Business Partner.
• Time & Payroll: Handle absence management, payroll inputs, and salary deductions data.
• Compliance with Policies and Directives: Ensure processes align with policies.
• Employee Support / 2nd Line HR Support: Address ad-hoc HR and admin requests.
• Governmental Documentation & Regulatory Compliance Support: Prepare legal documents and submissions.
• Purchase-to-Pay: Manage PtP flow, issue POs, invoices, and monitor payments.
