Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an HR & People Operations Expert based in Turkey for a remote, independent contract role. You will design realistic HR tasks, establish objective evaluation criteria, and assess professional judgment across payroll, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle operations.

Strong English skills (B2/C1) are required, with 5+ years of hands-on HR experience. The role offers flexible, part-time engagement and long-term project potential.

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on payroll, workforce planning, policy implementation, or employee lifecycle operations.
• Experience developing or evaluating structured HR procedures, payroll checklists, or training assessments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply consistent evaluation criteria.
• Experience managing HR reference materials and data across documents.
• Written and verbal English at least B2; C1 preferred.
• HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, PHR) are a plus but not required.
• Independent working style with reliable delivery by deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic HR tasks and assignments based on payroll, planning, and lifecycle responsibilities.
• Create objective grading rubrics and measurable evaluation standards.
• Assess candidates' professional judgment through interpretation and analysis of HR materials.
• Prepare supporting HR documentation and reference materials.
• Ensure task clarity and reliability; flag ambiguous or incomplete assignments.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver approved tasks on schedule.
