Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, HR, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in HR / People admin or Payroll.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build trusted professional relationships.
• Proactive with process improvement attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion.
• Planning and organizing.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 including AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analytics & Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on People, payroll, and time data; ensure accuracy.
• Annual Leave Reporting: support leave data updates in ESS.
• Local Benefits: communicate updates on benefits and coordinate vehicle status with fleet management.
• Legal: support follow-up of employee-related legal cases with Legal and PBP.
• Time & Payroll: manage absence, payroll inputs, and deductions changes.
• Compliance: ensure processes align with policies and directives.
• Employee Support / 2nd Line HR Support: handle ad-hoc requests.
• Governmental Documentation: prepare and submit required docs.
