Job summary

METRO Türkiye is seeking an HR Data Management & Reporting Executive to lead People Analytics, HR reporting and workforce data strategy. You will manage headcount, turnover, recruitment and compensation analytics, ensuring data accuracy across systems.

Strong Excel and Power BI skills are required, with SQL knowledge a plus. The role offers a hybrid work model and international exposure within METRO's global framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Preferably 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in People Analytics, HR reporting, workforce planning, data analysis or a similar field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Proven experience in preparing executive-level reports, dashboards and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR teams, business leaders and other corporate functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; hands-on experience with Power BI is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases and HR systems is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of HR metrics, KPIs, workforce analytics and dashboard design principles.
• Experience in data quality management, process improvement and reporting automation.
• Highly detail-oriented, structured and results-driven, with a strong commitment to data accuracy and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the People Analytics and HR Reporting strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end management, analysis and reporting of key People & Culture metrics, including headcount, turnover, recruitment, compensation, learning and development, and performance.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, consistency and standardization of HR data across systems and reporting platforms.
• Translate workforce data into actionable business insights to support strategic workforce planning, cost optimization, productivity improvement and organizational effectiveness.
• Design, develop and maintain executive dashboards, management reports and data visualizations using Power BI and other relevant analytics tools.
• Manage and improve data integration and information flows between HR systems and other corporate platforms, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline recurring data collection, consolidation, validation, reporting and distribution processes.
• Deliver regular and ad hoc analyses, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations to support senior management decision-making.
• Promote a data-driven culture by strengthening the use of HR analytics and evidence-based decision-making across the organization.
