Job summary

Gizli is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to support HR strategies and advance corporate structure in the aviation sector. You will plan and implement OD projects, analyze structures and roles, develop competency-based HR systems, and conduct engagement surveys to drive improvements.

This role emphasizes data-driven analysis, change management, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development.
• Preferably fluent in English.
• Experience in HR, organizational development and change management projects.
• Ability to use HR systems and analytical tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Curious, eager to learn and willing to develop new methods.

Responsibilities

• Take part in the planning and implementation of organizational development projects.
• Contribute to the improvement of organizational structures, processes, and roles.
• Support the establishment and implementation of competency-based HR systems.
• Conduct employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and provide improvement suggestions.
• Contributing to job analysis and job evaluation studies, establishing measurable metrics to enhance role clarity, fairness, and alignment with organizational goals,
• Participate in change management and corporate development projects.
• Support activities aimed at strengthening internal communication and interdepartmental collaboration.
• To conduct norm staffing analyses,
• Perform data analysis and reporting related to organizational development processes.
• Contribute to the promotion of a continuous improvement culture.
