Job summary

Koç University invites applications for an Organizational Development Specialist to join the Human Resources Directorate. You will support organizational design, update job descriptions, and help implement performance management processes across the university.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field, at least five years in HR or OD, strong MS Office skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related area.
• Min 5 years of HR/organizational development experience
• Knowledge of performance management systems, job evaluation and grading
• Understanding of core HR processes; hands-on HR experience in complex organizations is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and data management skills
• Experience with SAP HR and performance management systems (OKR, SF)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Supporting to provide required analysis for organizational design and restructuring studies
• Preparing, reviewing and updating job descriptions and organizational charts
• Supporting the implementation of performance management systems and following the annual performance management process
• Having the responsibility for each step of Employee Engagement and HR satisfaction surveys
• Contributing to review of job evaluation, grading systems and titles
• Supporting the identification of critical positions within the organization and ensuring alignment with the Training and Development unit for talent and development activities
• Design and implement learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness
• Updating and publishing procedures, carrying out process improvement studies
• Preparing monthly, yearly, adhoc reports and in line with the outputs improve all related HR processes and systems
