You will shape people strategy, drive talent acquisition, employee relations, development, and compensation programs for a multinational workforce in a highly regulated aviation setting.

The role demands bold leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration with Group HR to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence across all jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 10 years HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in aviation or regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and employment practices; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business growth and aviation needs.
• Lead talent management, workforce planning and organizational design for a multicultural workforce.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll and social security aligned with local regulations.
