Job summary

Gizli, a leader in Food & Beverage Services, seeks an experienced ERP and Enterprise Applications Manager to oversee our ERP landscape from the Head Office in the Marmara region. You will drive end-to-end planning and deployment of SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics and related applications, aligning IT with business needs.

Qualifications

• ERP and corporate applications experience required (min 10 years).
• Experience in team management processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics or similar.
• Skills in business analysis, process management, project management, and digital transformation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Management, maintenance, and strategic development of ERP and corporate applications.
• End‑to‑end planning, management, and implementation of digital transformation projects.
• Analysis and prioritization of legal and corporate requirements received from business units, and execution of analysis, design, development, and deployment processes.
• Researching suitable technologies and solutions for requirements that cannot be met by existing applications; conducting feasibility studies; and ensuring the selection of the most appropriate solution by evaluating technological capability, sustainability, budget, and resource aspects.
• Managing SLA compliance for services received from third parties and overseeing the resolution of operational issues.
• Managing vendors involved in projects within the relevant domain.
• Execution of system integrations, data management, and performance improvement activities.
• Team management, stakeholder coordination, and regular reporting on system processes.
• Improvement of project and support processes.
