Job summary

Gizli is seeking a seasoned Internal Communications Lead to drive planning, execution, and development of internal communications aligned with corporate strategies. You’ll operate within the Corporate Communications Directorate to ensure senior management messages reach employees clearly and consistently.

The role focuses on developing strategies, managing content calendars, coordinating events, and measuring impact across departments to strengthen corporate culture and alignment with priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–7 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related fields.
• Advanced level of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a command of content creation and editorial processes.
• Familiarity with digital communication channels and internal communication platforms.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of internal communication strategies in line with the Holding's strategies and corporate objectives; prepare annual and periodic internal communication plans and manage their implementation.
• Plan and execute communication processes to ensure that senior management messages, company strategies, objectives, key developments, and corporate priorities are conveyed to employees accurately, consistently, and effectively.
• Develop communication plans for projects, initiatives, and employee-focused activities carried out by departments; ensure their effective delivery to employees through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the content, publishing calendar, and communication processes of internal communication platforms; carry out improvement efforts to increase their effective use together with relevant teams.
• Coordinate the planning and implementation of corporate events and initiatives aimed at strengthening corporate culture.
• Ensure the preparation, publishing, and effective management of announcements, news, leadership communication content, campaigns, and other communication materials for employees.
• Address the internal communication needs of all departments and group companies within the Holding from a holistic and strategic perspective; come together with leaders to define group-wide internal communication priorities in line with the overall strategy and lead the implementation of this strategy.
• Measure the effectiveness of internal communication activities; contribute to the continuous improvement of communication processes based on employee feedback, analysis, and reporting.
• Follow developments, new practices, and employee communication trends in the field of internal communication, and support the improvement of communication approaches.
