Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in Learning & Development and competency management.
• Knowledge of LMS systems and digital learning tools.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training and development needs, create annual plan and monitor progress.
• Align training plans with company strategies.
• Manage and enhance LMS processes and content updates.
• Design, organize and coordinate training programs.
• Develop and implement new projects to strengthen employee competencies.
• Contribute to integration of competency management and development processes.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of training initiatives.
