Job summary

Epson Middle East FZCO is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to manage the Order to Cash process for the META-CWA region. You will coordinate with commercial, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure accurate, timely processing and compliance with J-Sox, ISO and internal standards.

The role requires strong English and Turkish communication skills, ERP/SAP proficiency, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, logistics, supply chain management, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• Proven track record in Customer Operations, order-to-cash, transport, warehousing, and distribution.
• Exposure to Middle East region preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of order-to-cash processes and supply chain operations.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities; capable of resolving issues.
• Excellent Turkish and strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proficient in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Order to Cash transaction cycle for customer accounts.
• Coordinate with commercial and supply chain teams to validate and process transactions.
• Handle local document requirements including export documents and letters of credit.
• Coordinate daily sales order allocation and monitor delivery availability.
• Track order progress and report to Sales team in META-CWA region.
• Collaborate with credit control on sales and collections.
• Ensure compliance with J-Sox, ISO, and internal instructions.
• Monitor timely delivery of open orders within defined SLAs.
