Hilton’s Center of Excellence in Turkey is seeking an Order to Cash Specialist (Accounts Receivable) to provide end-to-end OTC support. You will bill debtors accurately, issue invoices, and post and reconcile payments across a growing portfolio of hotels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bill debtors accurately and timely with supporting documents in line with contracts and local law.
• Issue and dispatch invoices within 7 days per local requirements and respond to client inquiries.
• Post, allocate and reconcile payments; regularly reconcile client accounts and ageing.
• Handle commission invoices and ensure accurate processing and reconciliation.
• Follow up daily on outstanding balances and escalate major issues to Finance Manager.
• Monitor deposit balances weekly for accuracy and compliance.
• Complete month-end closing activities, ageing reviews, and reconcile reports with GL.
• Prepare and maintain audit documentation, including SOX compliance activities.
