Job summary

A&O IT Group is seeking an On-Site Desktop Support professional in Istanbul to provide hands-on IT support at client locations. You will troubleshoot hardware and software on user devices, including Windows and macOS, and work with Intune and JAMF for device management.

The role covers deskside troubleshooting, on-site hardware changes, and coordination with third-party vendors for AV and network related tasks. You will support live events and ensure conferencing systems are operational.

Qualifications

Experience delivering hands-on IT support at client locations.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues on user devices.
Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Service Desk and third parties to provide technical support at client sites.
Troubleshoot incidents for devices and software, including OS and driver issues.
Provide deskside support for user devices and peripherals.
Validate conferencing systems and room equipment are operational.
Assist with live events and on-site setup as required.
