Job summary

Maersk Denizcilik Anonim Şirketi is looking for a proactive IT Operations Specialist based in Istanbul to join a fast-paced global team. You will act as the 1st line IT resource, handling incidents and service requests to keep offices and warehouses running smoothly.

Responsibilities include PC configuration (BIOS and OS), MS 365 support, Azure knowledge, and basic network troubleshooting. The role requires collaboration with colleagues across several countries and flexibility beyond standard

Qualifications

• Advanced desktop usage incl. Microsoft Azure and Windows 11.
• PC setup and BIOS configuration, OS and connectivity.
• Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
• Basic network troubleshooting; AV equipment familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line IT support onsite and remotely across offices and warehouses.
• Configure PCs (BIOS, OS, connectivity) and assist with AV equipment in meeting rooms.
• Troubleshoot incidents, take ownership and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with international teams across multiple countries.
