Job summary

The role requires collaboration with service desk, third parties, and vendors, with responsibilities spanning BIOS settings, endpoint management, conferencing systems, and onsite event support.

Qualifications

• Experience providing on-site desktop support for Windows and MacOS.
• Ability to coordinate with service desk, third parties and client environments.
• Familiarity with device provisioning and imaging processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Service Desk and other necessary entities to provide technical support services.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve incidents for devices and OS, including repair of defective hardware.
• Provide instructions and usage assistance to End Users for devices and software.
