Job summary

complead Inc. in Istanbul seeks a Customer Success Specialist to ensure banks, fintechs and payment companies gain real value from our platform. You will engage in English with compliance officers abroad and own accounts from go-live to renewal.

You will onboard, train, monitor health, drive renewals and collaborate with product and sales to grow customer value. This is a hands-on, frontline role in a fast‑growing fintech.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success or related roles at B2B software/fintech.
• Fluent English and Turkish, strong written communication.
• Experience owning accounts: onboarding, adoption, renewals.
• Comfort with APIs, product training, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient using CRM and support tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk).

Responsibilities

• Own a set of accounts from onboarding to renewal.
• Lead product training for compliance and operations teams in English.
• Monitor adoption, health, and expansion signals.
• Coordinate renewals and coordinate upsell with Sales.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback.
