Zusammenfassung

Complead, formerly Sanction Scanner, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist in Istanbul to drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion for banks, fintechs and payment companies. You will own accounts from contract to renewal, working with English-speaking clients and our technical team.

The role is on-site in Üsküdar, with responsibilities spanning training, health tracking, and collaboration with product and engineering. A bachelor’s degree and fintech/AML exposure are valued.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years in customer success or related roles at B2B software/fintech
• Fluent English and Turkish, spoken and written
• Experience owning onboarding, adoption, renewals or churn with measurable results
• Comfort with API integrations and explaining technical concepts
• Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight) and ticketing tools

• Onboard and train new customers from contract to go-live
• Monitor product adoption and health, flag drift early
• Manage renewals and coordinate upsell signals with sales
• Collect customer feedback for product team and escalate issues
• Prepare account reviews using AI tools
