Job summary

Mazu — Software for Ship Suppliers & Agencies in Istanbul is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to onboard ship suppliers and port agents onto MazuApp and ensure customers receive real value quickly.

The role is full-time and based in Istanbul, focusing on onboarding, first-line support, and turning feedback into product improvements; you will also create help-center guides and short how-to videos to assist users.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, support, or operations for B2B software (or ship supply experience).
• Excellent written and spoken English; Turkish is a plus.
• Comfortable explaining software to non-technical users.
• Bonus: familiarity with maritime supply chain, IMPA/ISSA catalogs, or ERPs.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding and training for new customers, from data import to go-live
