Job summary

Aureos Capital is seeking an experienced Site Manager for on-site leadership of overhead line transmission projects. You will ensure safe, on-schedule delivery while coordinating teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet quality and budget targets.

Responsibilities include planning, risk management, and on-site governance in line with design specifications. This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a proactive safety mindset across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in OHL/HV projects.
• Experience leading on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong HSEQ knowledge and regulation compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations for OHL projects from planning to close-out.
• Enforce HSEQ plans and company policies on site.
• Lead site personnel, allocate tasks, and manage resources.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and third parties.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets; report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks; implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety briefings.
• Oversee site logistics, procurement and delivery of materials.
