Rencons Heavy Industries seeks an Electric Works Section Chief for a large-scale project in the Ust Luga Region, Russia. You will lead all electrical activities on-site, manage field teams and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's or higher in Electrical Engineering, have 7+ years in project and site management for energy, oil & gas, or petrochemical settings, and be fluent in English (Russian preferred).

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in project and site management.
