Job summary

ACWA Power in Turkey seeks a Sr. Operations and Maintenance Manager to oversee the safe, reliable, and commercially optimized operation of the company’s power generation assets, including the 927 MW CCGT plant.

You will provide owner-side governance of the O&M Contractor, drive maintenance strategies, outages, asset integrity and performance improvements, and coordinate with OEMs, insurers, lenders and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Work Experience: Minimum 15 years in the power generation industry, O&M management preferred.
• Languages: Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, reliable and commercially optimized operation of the 927 MW CCGT plant.
• Provide owner-side governance of the O&M Contractor and service providers.
• Manage and improve plant performance, maintenance strategies, and asset integrity.
• Coordinate with OEMs, insurers, lenders and internal stakeholders.
