Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of maintenance experience in continuous manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
• At least 3 years in managerial or team leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, industrial automation, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Hands-on CMMS and SAP PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and set performance objectives for a diverse maintenance team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, safety practices, and procedures.
• Direct installation, maintenance, repair, and dismantling of large-scale equipment.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and unscheduled maintenance programs.
• Lead rapid troubleshooting and failure analyses to minimize downtime.
• Recommend capital improvements to enhance availability and yield.
• Prepare detailed technical reports on modifications and metrics.
