Job summary

Prysmian Group in Istanbul is seeking an Electrical Site Manager for high voltage cable projects. You will coordinate site activities, liaise with head office and clients, and ensure work aligns with schedule and safety standards.

The role requires 5–10 years in HV/MV infrastructure, a degree in Electrical Engineering, English fluency, and the ability to travel and work on construction sites across cities. Competitive package offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering with HV licensing.
5–10 years of experience in high/medium voltage cable projects; TEİAŞ exposure preferred.
Willingness to live and work on construction sites across cities; valid driver’s license.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; fluent in English; strong planning and organizational skills.
Energetic, urgent, fast-paced, and able to handle pressure; strong interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

General coordination of the site and interface with head office.
Communicate with the customer and address their requests.
Monitor work per schedule and take corrective actions as needed.
Make and follow up progress payments with employer and subcontractors.
Ensure subcontractors comply with technical criteria, contract requirements and OHS rules.
