Job summary

Bitsody in İzmir, Türkiye is seeking an Odoo ERP Danışmanı / Odoo Functional Consultant to analyze business processes, configure Odoo modules, and prepare functional specifications that meet operational needs.

You will coordinate with technical teams for customizations, conduct testing, deliver trainings, support go-live, and provide ongoing functional optimization within Bitsody's smart manufacturing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong Odoo ERP functional knowledge across core modules.
• Experience mapping client needs to ERP functionalities.
• Experience documenting functional specs and use cases.
• Skilled in testing, UAT, data migration, and go-live support.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience with MES/robotics is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/Information Systems.
• Turkish native; English proficiency required.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in İzmir, Türkiye for an Odoo ERP Danışmanı / Odoo Functional Consultant. The consultant will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design Odoo ERP solutions that align with operational and strategic needs. Daily responsibilities include configuring Odoo modules, preparing functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams for customizations, and conducting testing to ensure system reliability. The role also involves delivering user trainings, supporting go-live activities, and providing ongoing functional support and optimization. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams within Bitsody to integrate Odoo ERP into broader digital and smart manufacturing ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Strong Odoo ERP functional knowledge, including experience configuring core modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, or HR.
• Skills in business process analysis and requirements gathering, with the ability to map client needs to ERP functionalities.
• Experience preparing functional documentation, use cases, and workflows, and collaborating with technical teams on customizations.
• Ability to conduct system testing, support UAT, and manage implementation activities including data migration and go-live support.
• Effective communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to lead workshops, trainings, and user onboarding.
• Comfort working in industrial or manufacturing environments; experience with MES, robotics, or smart factory solutions is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant Odoo or ERP certifications are a plus.
• Native-level proficiency in Turkish and professional proficiency in English are required.
