Ferrero seeks a Region Marketing Manager Nutella based in Istanbul to lead the regional marketing agenda for Türkiye and IPA (Iran & Pakistan). Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree or business qualification is a plus.
• 10+ years of marketing experience in FMCG or a dynamic consumer-led environment.
• Collaborative leader with ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and planning discipline.
• Comfortable operating in a multicultural and matrix organization.
• Self-driven, resilient, engaging communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Shape the regional category strategy, long-term growth roadmap, and annual budgeting for Nutella across markets.
• Translate insights into strategic choices to strengthen brand relevance and unlock growth opportunities.
• Monitor P&L, investments, volume targets, and key drivers; identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate SKU lifecycle management and portfolio governance with local teams.
• Define target audiences, optimize media mix, and ensure activations reinforce brand equity.
• Drive category development initiatives across markets and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Act as regional marketing reference point between Area/AMMC, markets, Sales, Trade Marketing, Media and agencies.
• Lead category reviews and drive actionable plans to improve results.
• Develop and engage the assigned team aligning with Ferrero values.
