Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or an IT related field.

We are looking for a dynamic and highly proactive NOC (Network Operations Center) Specialist to join our international Telecom Operations Department. What You’ll

• Monitor network performance and infrastructure using internal monitoring tools
• Respond to alerts and incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, and elevate when necessary
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and support teams to ensure service continuity
• Maintain incident logs and technical documentationAssist with routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and configuration checks
• Support the monitoring and implementation of basic security protocols
