Job summary

Teltonika is seeking a Networking & IoT Engineer to strengthen our global technical support team in Istanbul, Türkiye (on-site).

You will work with remote offices across regions to deliver high-quality support, focusing on networking principles, Linux, and industrial protocols. This role requires 2 years in technical support or network engineering and clear documentation skills. On-site only, with CCNA advantage a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of networking principles and technologies.
• App. 2 years experience in technical support, network engineering, pre-sales, or similar roles.
• Experience in 2nd or 3rd line technical support would be considered an advantage.
• Technical or engineering education in networking, telecommunications, IT, electronics, or related field.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on with Linux-based OS and industrial protocols; CCNA is a plus.

We are looking for a Networking & IoT Engineer to strengthen our ambitious global technical support team in Istanbul, Türkiye (on-site). Our team works closely with remote offices across various regions to deliver high-quality support.

Teltonika's Networking Solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Requirements

What we expect from you:

• Solid understanding of networking principles and technologies
• App. 2 years experience in technical support, network engineering, pre-sales, or similar roles
• Experience in 2nd or 3rd line technical support would be considered an advantage
• Technical or engineering education in networking, telecommunications, IT, electronics, or a related field
• Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to create clear and structured technical documentation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in an international environment
• Hands-on experience with Linux based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols and occasional 3rd party peripherals
• Certification in CCNA or similar courses would be considered an advantage
