Job summary

P.I. Works Inc is seeking a motivated Telecommunications Engineering student in their final year to join our geolocation product team. You will design, deliver, and customize features and dashboards for our cutting-edge telecom solutions.

This hybrid role requires basic DB/SQL, strong English communication, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll work with experienced engineers, attend technical meetings, and gain hands-on exposure to QoS/QoE analysis on map-based interfaces.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering, final year.
• Basic DB and SQL knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Available at least 3 days a week (at least 2 days in the office).

Responsibilities

• Design, Delivery, and Customization of geolocation product.
• Create custom dashboards and automated reports on key business metrics.
• Analyze QoS and QoE on map-based user interface.
• Participate in technical meetings, monitor products performance, prepare activation reports, perform acceptance tests.
• Provide L3 support for active customers and feedback to product and development teams.

Requirements for the position:
