Job summary

Sheraton Istanbul Levent is seeking a Night Front Office Supervisor to lead night operations on site in Istanbul. The role requires coordinating front desk activities, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining smooth night-shift workflow with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

The candidate should bring a degree in hotel management or related area and demonstrate strong English communication abilities. This is a full-time position at the Istanbul Levent property.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in business, marketing or hotel management.
• Experience in hotel front office management is preferred.
• Fluent English written and spoken required.

Responsibilities

• Enter Marriott Rewards information.
• Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions.
• Secure payment prior to issuing room key, verify/adjust billing.
• Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists.
• Control closing reports.
• Supply guests with directions and property information.
• Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary.
• Follow up to ensure requests have been met.
• Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
• Assist management in evaluating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
• Develop/maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
