Job summary

Hilton Istanbul Karakoy, Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a Night Supervisor to join our on-site team. This full-time role oversees nightly audit, postings, balancing of financial transactions, and leads the night shift team with coaching and training.

You'll resolve guest inquiries, reconcile revenues, monitor cashier accuracy, and partner with the Night Manager on operations and special projects. Join Hilton and help deliver exceptional hospitality 24/7.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly audit: supervise nightly auditing, posting, and balancing of financial transactions across departments
• Lead day-to-day team operations: create team schedules, assign tasks, lead pre-shift meetings, and provide training and feedback
• Oversee guest issue resolution: respond to guest inquiries and concerns directly while supporting team members
• Post and reconcile transactions: ensure timely posting of revenues and reconciliation of day’s financial reports
• Monitor cashier accuracy: review cashier reports and ensure alignment with system data
• Support overnight operations: partner with Night Manager to handle guest issues and assist in emergencies
• Manage special projects: lead department initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
