Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Supervising and coordinating daily activities of Room Attendants on assigned floors.
• Assigning daily tasks and monitoring timely completion.
• Inspecting guest rooms, corridors, service areas, and housekeeping pantries to ensure Hilton cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ensuring guest rooms are cleaned, inspected, and released on time according to operational requirements.
• Monitoring room status and coordinating priorities with Front Office when required.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues and following up with Engineering to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensuring guest requests and special requirements are communicated and followed up appropriately.
• Training, guiding, and coaching Housekeeping Team Members to maintain service and quality standards.
• Monitoring Team Member performance and providing feedback when necessary.
• Handling guest requests, concerns, and service recovery situations promptly and professionally.
• Supporting the Housekeeping management team in maintaining efficient daily operations.
• Promoting teamwork, effective communication, and a positive working environment within the department.
