Job summary

Accor in Esenyurt is seeking a guest-centered Front Desk Associate to welcome guests, answer phones, handle reservations, and manage guest accounts with accuracy and courtesy.

You will coordinate with Housekeeping and F&B, communicate in English, and adapt to shift work. Opera experience is preferred, and prior hospitality work is an asset.

This on-site role supports Accor's Hearthist culture and offers opportunities for growth within the organization in Istanbul's Marmara region.

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential.
• Experience is an asset.
• Prior experience with Opera or related system is preferred.
• Able to communicate in written and spoken English.
• Problem-solving skills are important.
• Able to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and giving guests information about the hotel.
• Making reservations, welcoming guests, opening accounts and recording expenses.
• Conveying guest needs to other departments (Housekeeping, F&B).
• Collecting guest invoices and presenting to the Manager with daily financials.
• Handling reservations and inquiries by email, fax, or phone; recording confirmations in the system.
• Reporting to the FO Manager and following up on unpaid debts.
