Job summary

FUCHS PETROLUB SE in Istanbul and Ankara is seeking a Mining and Rotary Motion Sales District Executive to drive direct sales and expand the industrial oils business in Central and East Anatolia. You will build relationships with customers and intermediaries, targeting sustained growth and profitability.

The role requires an engineering background, 3 years in sales, English proficiency, MS Office, data analysis, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Construction, or Mining Eng)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
• Experience in lubricant business preferred
• Knowledge of mining, cement, and rotating equipment sectors
• Upper-intermediate English
• Excellent command of MS Office
• Experience in data analysis, reporting and presenting
• Willingness to travel (mobility)
• Resident in Ankara; responsible for Central & East Anatolia region

Responsibilities

• Realizing direct sales to commercial customers in the region, maintaining cooperation with intermediate sellers in the region and increasing the awareness of industrial segment oils in the region; maximize the product sales rate
• Managing relationships with present customers and extending customer portfolio by gaining new customers
• Providing the right products, services and solutions by analyzing customer expectations accurately
• Increasing regional sales and gross profitability in line with market perception and company forecast in commercial customers segment
• To make collections from customers
• Stock management of products sold in the region
• To manage the coordination with the Technical Service Team and support technical development
• Making annual sales plans and reviewing quarterly
• Providing the necessary support for taking the actions determined in accordance with the Quality Management Systems in progress
• Generate regular reports such as weekly activity, weekly visit plan, weekly collection reports, monthly sales plans, payment tracking
• Complying with the legal requirements and the rules specified within the scope of the OHS management system and reporting dangerous situations and behaviors in the activities carried out.
